Accepted Payments and Currency
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major card payments and other methods supported by Shopify Payments or enabled payment providers. All prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and order totals are presented and charged in USD.
Authorization and Capture
When an order is placed, the payment provider may authorize or capture the payment according to checkout settings and risk review. An order is not confirmed for fulfillment until payment has been accepted or otherwise cleared.
Payment Security
Checkout is processed through Shopify and payment providers. Fgbnd does not store full card numbers on its own systems. Payment data is handled by Shopify, Shopify Payments, card networks, banks, and related processors according to their security standards.
Billing Information and Failed Payments
Customers must provide accurate billing information. A payment may fail or remain pending because of incorrect card details, bank restrictions, insufficient funds, authentication requirements, suspected fraud, network issues, or provider review. If payment fails, the order may not be processed.
Fraud Review and Order Verification
Some orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention, address accuracy, or payment risk. We may contact the customer for additional information or cancel an order if payment risk cannot be resolved.
Refunds and Taxes
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take time depending on Shopify, the payment provider, card issuer, or bank. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment provider fees that may apply outside the amount charged by Fgbnd.
