Our daily order cut off is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00. Orders placed after the cut off are treated as received on the next business day. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Saturday. Handling time is 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and order review.
Shipping Time and Cost
Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday. Standard shipping cost is 0 USD. Estimated transit time to Singapore is 7-13 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time, including handling and transit, is 8-16 business days. Checkout and order totals are shown in USD.
Tracking and Delivery
When tracking is available, the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the package is accepted by the carrier. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address, including unit number, postal code, and phone number when applicable.
Address Issues, Delays, and Package Problems
