This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on fgbnd.shop. Fgbnd accepts returns for defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are accepted. Products must be new only, unused, clean, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories where applicable.
Return Window and Method
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The return method is by mail. To start a return, email support@fgbnd.shop with the order number, the item name, the delivery date, and the reason for return. Do not send a return without first contacting support so the return can be identified correctly.
Return Address and Label
The company return address is 3LEGACY ESTATES LLC, 258 S CREDO STREET, LONGWOOD, FL, 32750. The return label is included in the package, free. If the label is missing or cannot be used, contact support@fgbnd.shop for help before mailing the item.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be new only and suitable for inspection. Items that are used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or returned without enough order information may be refused or delayed. For hygiene and safety reasons, kitchen tools that show food residue or use marks cannot be accepted as new-condition returns.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from the order, contact support@fgbnd.shop within 30 days with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide a return, exchange, replacement, or refund solution according to the order details.
Fees, Inspection, and Refund Timing
Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns. After the returned item is received, we inspect it and process the approved refund to the original payment method. Refund processing time is 10 days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Accept exchanges by contacting support@fgbnd.shop with the order number and requested item. Exchanges depend on item availability. Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. If an order has already been shipped, the return process may be required after delivery.
